Welcome to 8yyy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8yyy ("8yyy", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 8yyy website at https://8yyy.org and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment processing.

8yyy is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operated specifically for the Pakistani market. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are designed to meet the expectations and practical needs of players located in Pakistan, including support for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank payment methods.

By accessing the 8yyy platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 8yyy platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 8yyy. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and any other document on the 8yyy platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on 8yyy, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8yyy strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and applies age verification at registration and at the withdrawal stage. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and associations may not hold player accounts on 8yyy.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an 8yyy employee or business partner.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 8yyy account. 8yyy operates a strict one-account-per-person policy.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.

8yyy reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method linked to your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the 8yyy platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through the use of another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 8yyy account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and personal details submitted. You must keep your login credentials — email address and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your 8yyy login details with any other person for any reason.

• Password security: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your 8yyy account and for changing it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised. 8yyy will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel.
• Unauthorised access: If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 8yyy support team immediately at [email protected]. 8yyy will investigate and, where appropriate, freeze your account pending resolution.
• Account accuracy: You must keep your account information — including name, address, email, and linked payment methods — accurate and up to date at all times. Outdated or inaccurate information may delay withdrawals.
• Account transfer: Your 8yyy account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person.

8yyy uses device recognition, IP logging, and behavioural analysis to detect duplicate accounts and fraudulent activity. Where a duplicate or fraudulent account is identified, 8yyy reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the affected accounts and to apply adjustments to balances and winnings as it deems appropriate.

All deposits and withdrawals on 8yyy are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted on the 8yyy platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and debit card. 8yyy does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 8yyy:

1. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Cashier page within your account and may be updated by 8yyy from time to time without prior notice.
2. Deposits made to your 8yyy account may not be reversed once processed. If you believe a deposit has been made in error, contact support immediately.
3. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your 8yyy account, unless the original method is no longer available — in which case, additional verification will be required.
4. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts where KYC has not been completed or where documentation is outstanding.
5. 8yyy reserves the right to apply a processing review to any withdrawal request that is flagged by our risk or compliance systems. This review will be conducted as promptly as reasonably possible.
6. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are processed at the fastest available speed consistent with our compliance obligations. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to standard interbank processing timeframes.

8yyy does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. 8yyy is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors or banks.

All bets and wagers placed on the 8yyy platform — including sports bets, casino game rounds, live dealer hands, colour prediction rounds, slot spins, and any other gaming activity — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 8yyy system. Confirmation will be displayed on screen and logged in your account betting history. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors or insufficient balance are void.
• Sufficient funds: You may only place bets up to the value of your available PKR account balance at the time of placing the bet. 8yyy does not offer credit betting under any circumstances.
• Error resolution: In the event of a software error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, 8yyy reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. Winnings generated as a direct result of a software error are not payable.
• Odds changes: For sports betting, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly and delays in submission may result in odds changing before confirmation.
• Results and settlement: Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body. For cricket and PSL markets, 8yyy follows PCB and ICC official results. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, 8yyy's decision is final.
• Abandonment and postponement: Rules for abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled sporting events are set out in the individual sport rules accessible from the 8yyy sportsbook. Generally, markets will be void if an event is abandoned before the applicable result is determined.

RNG-based casino games (slots, table games, instant games) are supplied by certified providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Play'n GO, and Evolution Gaming. All RNG outcomes are independently audited. Published RTP percentages reflect the mathematical expectation of each game and are accurate as provided by the game suppliers.

All promotions are subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as the specific terms displayed on each individual promotion page.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 8yyy promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim bonuses.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit stacking. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or more bonuses being cancelled.
• Where a bonus is subject to a minimum odds requirement (for sports betting bonuses), bets placed at odds below the minimum will not count towards wagering.
• Contribution percentages towards wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a reduced percentage, and some game categories may contribute 0%. Contribution rates are detailed on each promotion page.
• 8yyy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, the bonus funds held in active player accounts under that promotion will be subject to individual review.
• Abuse of the 8yyy bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine play intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8yyy platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one 8yyy account per person, whether under your own identity or another person's, is strictly forbidden.
• Underage access: Registering or attempting to register on 8yyy if you are under 21 years of age. Assisting or facilitating access by an underage person is equally prohibited.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, including use of another person's CNIC, payment details, or contact information.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated device to place bets, interact with games, or interact with the 8yyy platform in a manner not permitted for human players.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to generate profit. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are non-payable and will be reversed.
• Money laundering: Using the 8yyy platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer, integrate, or disguise the proceeds of crime.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker variants or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank, mobile wallet, or card provider. All chargeback disputes must be raised directly with 8yyy before any third-party chargeback is initiated.
• Abuse of support: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards 8yyy support staff. 8yyy reserves the right to terminate accounts of players who engage in such behaviour.

All content on the 8yyy platform — including but not limited to the 8yyy brand name and logo, website design, typography, colour schemes, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 8yyy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8yyy platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 8yyy content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any 8yyy software or game engine.
• Use the 8yyy brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on 8yyy content or software.
• Frame or mirror the 8yyy website on any third-party platform.

Game content available on 8yyy is supplied under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Play'n GO, and Evolution Gaming. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. 8yyy's licence to operate those games does not transfer any ownership rights to players.

8yyy collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of this agreement. By creating an account on 8yyy, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, date of birth, CNIC details, mobile number, email address, and payment method information — is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Account creation, management, and authentication.
• Identity verification and age verification in compliance with our licensing obligations.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and debit card.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 8yyy's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to your use of the 8yyy platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8yyy account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8yyy shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the 8yyy platform.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond 8yyy's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the 8yyy platform. Gambling is inherently a risk activity and 8yyy does not accept liability for losses incurred in the ordinary course of play.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 8yyy's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

8yyy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 8yyy has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Violation of the eligibility requirements, including discovery that you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7.
• Failure to cooperate with a KYC or AML documentation request within a reasonable timeframe.
• Initiation of a fraudulent chargeback.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or fraud.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, 8yyy will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable period and will communicate the outcome to you via your registered email address. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account will be subject to withholding pending the outcome of the investigation.

You may close your 8yyy account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any confirmed balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of standard KYC checks.

8yyy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing Pakistani players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. We believe that online gaming should be an entertaining and enjoyable activity, and we take seriously our obligation to prevent gambling from becoming a source of financial or personal harm.

Changes may be made for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: updates to our licensing or regulatory obligations, changes to the services or payment methods offered on the platform, clarification of existing provisions, or changes in applicable law.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 8yyy will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently by regulatory instruction or applicable law, in which case they may take effect immediately.

The date at the top of this page will always reflect when these Terms were last updated. We encourage you to check this page periodically, particularly before making significant deposits or placing large wagers, to ensure you are familiar with the most current version of the agreement.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 8yyy's international licence jurisdiction.

The majority of account and transaction queries raised by Pakistani players in cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and elsewhere are resolved promptly at the support level without the need for formal escalation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process established under 8yyy's licensing framework. 8yyy will cooperate fully with any such process and will provide all relevant account data, transaction records, and game logs as required by the dispute resolution body.

Nothing in this governing law provision shall restrict any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable local law. 8yyy does not seek to exclude or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
